One driveway, halfway through. Left is how we found it. Right is one pass later.
Services and pricing
Pick a surface. See where it starts.
Every job gets a written quote before we start. The numbers below are where a typical home begins.
House washing
Soft wash for siding
From$199
Siding doesn't need a blast. We apply a cleaning mix at low pressure and rinse it off. Mildew and green film come off. Paint and caulk stay put.
Vinyl, brick, stucco and fiber cement
Trim and gutter faces rinsed
Windows rinsed when we finish
Driveways & walkways
Concrete and flatwork
From$125
Concrete gets the heavy work. A spinning surface cleaner covers the slab in even passes. You won't see wand stripes when it dries.
Driveways and parking pads
Front walks and sidewalks
Edges and curb lines
Patios & decks
Outdoor areas of all kinds
From$150
Each surface out back gets its own setting. Pavers and stone get a full wash. Wood gets a gentle one.
Paver and stone patios
Wood and composite decks
Fences, steps and pool surrounds
Prices are illustrative for this design concept. A real quote would depend on size and condition.

Questions
Before you book
Three things people ask on almost every quote.
Will a wash damage my siding?
Not the way we do it. Siding gets a soft wash with low pressure and a cleaner made for the job. High pressure is for concrete only.
Do I need to be home?
No. We need an outdoor spigot and an unlocked gate. We send you photos when the job is done.
What about my plants and lawn?
We soak beds and shrubs with plain water before we start and rinse them again after. Anything delicate gets covered.

This one's a design concept.
Clearview Exterior Care isn't a real company. There's no crew to call and nothing to book. Mia Stuart designed it as a portfolio piece to show how a local trade business could look online.

This spot would hold a short quote form with photo upload, a phone number and the hours the crew answers.
